On purchasing your Botanica Insider Loyalty membership, create an account at checkout. Once membership payment is finalised, you will receive an email to activate your account. Start saving straight away by signing into your account to access your exclusive member discount rates. These will be visible exclusively to you across the site when signed in.
1. Joining our Botanica Insider loyalty program, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy & Policy.
2. You are opting into receive email, mail, SMS and telephone communications from Botanica Wellness Spa & Clinic.
3. All members in the Botanica Insider program must be residents of Australia only.
4. To be eligible for Botanica Insider member benefits and exclusive offers in-spa you must identify yourself as a Botanica Insider member before purchase by presenting your Botanica Insider card. If you are unable to present your Botanica Insider card, proof of identity is required by providing your phone number or email address to verify against your membership account.
5. The Botanica Insider card is issued by and remains the property of Botanica Wellness Spa & Clinic and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Any discount rewards issued either at joining or throughout the membership period are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If discount rewards terms and conditions are not adhered to, Botanica Wellness Spa & Clinic reserves the right to cancel the customers Botanica Insider membership at any time.
7. Member discount rewards do not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers (physical or electronic) or bonus offers.
8. Member discount rewards of 10% valid only on full price products and on individual member in-spa or clinic treatments over $100. Should any member be using a Botanica gift voucher towards their total in-spa or clinic treatment cost, 10% member treatment discount will not be applied.
9. Welcome reward will be emailed to you within 48 hours and is valid on your next purchase over $100 at botanica-shop.com.au or in-spa at Botanica Wellness Spa & Clinic. Reward is valid for 30 days only from date of issue. Limit of one welcome reward per Botanica Insider member for single use only. Email must be presented for in-spa redemption along with corresponding Botanica Insider membership card. Reward is not transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/s or used for the purchase of gift vouchers.
10. Birthday reward credit will be emailed to you inside your birthday month. Birthday reward credit is valid for 30 days only from date of issue and is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/s or used for the purchase of gift vouchers.
11. Botanica Wellness Spa & Clinic reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice and withdraw the card at any time. Botanica Wellness Spa & Clinic will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes using such methods including, but not limited to, the Botanica eNewsletter and the Botanica Wellness Spa & Clinic website.
